Fleet or charge account customers with $60 or more in charges for washes or other services in any calendar month, will be given a 10% discount on that month's total washes only. Fleet account customers that have less than $60 in charges in any calendar month will be charged our regular retail rates for each wash. Fleet account customers must charge 2 washes per month or 24 washes per year to keep their account open & active. Other services are charged at the rates on the main website page.
Drivers must sign (and print name and/or vehicle ID #) on a receipt in lieu of payment when receiving service. Copies of signed receipts will be included with the monthly invoice. Invoices are emailed out on or about the 15th of the month, and invoices are due upon receipt. We prefer payments to be made through Intuit Payments Systems via credit card, debit card or bank transfer, but if paying by check send to P.O. Box 74520, Fairbanks, Alaska 99707-4520.
Accounts over 45 days past due will have their Fleet Account automatically suspended, and any accounts over 60 days past due will be automatically closed. Late fees may be applied.
Verification Statement
Upon consideration of opening a fleet account at the Fairbanks Splash & Dash Car Wash pursuant to this application, the undersigned affirms that they are a representative of the business applying for a fleet account, and that they can guarantee that payments of all amounts due under the fleet account will be paid.
